JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-12-2022 The limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the District Arms Magistrate, Siwan to dispose off the pending application of the petitioner filed on 15.01.2016 for grant of arms license, for which interview has also been taken by the respondent no. 6 on 09.02.2016.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct the District Arms Magistrate, Siwan to dispose off the aforesaid pending application of the petitioner for grant of arms

Patna High Court CWJC No.21094 of 2021(2) dt.07-12-2022 2/2 license, if not already disposed off, by taking appropriate decision, in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
