2. Learned Counsel for the Respondent-Railways submits that the relief sought by the petitioner ought to be appropriately agitated before the appropriate forum rather than this Court in its writ jurisdiction.

3. Be that as it may, in view of non-representation on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is called, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran U
