The petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2022 in connection with Sadar (Mabbi OP) P.S. Case No. 432 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act.

Recovery is of total 60 litres of Nepali liquor. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is allowed. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge in not framed yet or on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73595 of 2022(2) dt.04-03-2023 2/2 of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge-I (Exclusive Act), Darbhanga in connection with Sadar (Mabbi OP) P.S. Case No. 432 of 2022.

The petitioner would cooperate in the proceeding of the Court below. If the petitioner tries to delay the trial, the Court below is at liberty to pass an appropriate order including the cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to appear before the Court below through his lawyer or himself on each date, failing which, his bail bonds shall be cancelled.
