The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 282 of 2019, registered under Sections 323, 341, 325, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that due to grudge enmity, petitioners caused assault to the informant, Rekha Devi and her son. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to land dispute, scuffle took place, in which, petitioners' side also
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58446 of 2019(2) dt.17-09-2019 2/2 sustained injury, regarding which, Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 283 of 2019 is instituted on the basis of written statement of wife of petitioner no. 1 against the informant of the present case case and others. Moreover, two injuries were found on the person of the informant, out of which, injury no. 2 was simple in nature and so far as injury no. 1 is concerned, swelling on the left hand is found but the opinion regarding the nature of injury is kept reserved. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Jehanabad, in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 282 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
