ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bahadurpur (Pator O.P.) P.S. Case No.385 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No.3837 of 2015, for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Mr Dharmendra Kumar Paswan, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that earlier, the application for grant of anticipatory bail made on behalf of the petitioners was

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1301 of 2017 (2) dt.18-01-2017 2/2 withdrawn as the petitioners were already on police bail. The petitioners have already filed their bail bonds and are willing to co-operate as and when required during the course of trial. In the facts and circumstances, since the petitioners have not misused the privilege of anticipatory bail, let all the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with Bahadurpur (Pator O.P.) P.S. Case No.385 of 2015, corresponding to G.R. No.3837 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
