2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No.55 of 2024 dated 03.03.2024 for the offences punishable under Section 414 IPC and Section 30 (a), 32, 41 (1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2022.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the
