BAJANTHRI) Date : 08-02-2024 The present M.J.C-Contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of order dated 10.11.2020 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7690 of 2020.

2. Directions are in two fold namely petitioner was required to file representation within a period of four weeks. Thereafter, the concerned Respondent was to redress the grievance of the petitioner within a period of two months. Whereas certain grievance of the petitioner has been redressed

Patna High Court MJC No.2236 of 2021 dt.08-02-2024 2/2 on 05.02.2024. The concerned Respondent have committed Contempt of Court in not complying the directions of this Court dated 10.11.2020 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7690 of 2020. There is enormous delay in complying the orders of this Court on 05.02.2024. Even though it is a fit case for initiation of Contempt of Court proceeding.

3. Having regard to the fact that they have complied the orders of this Court, therefore, present M.J.CContempt petition stands dropped, while awarding litigation cost of Rs.10,000/- to the petitioner. Cost shall be paid by the Respondent-Railway within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order for the reasons that there is a enormous delay in complying the orders of this Court.

4. Accordingly, the present M.J.C-Contempt petition stands disposed of.
