Petitioner is in custody since 03.06.2017 in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 268 of 2017 registered under Sections 417, 418, 419, 420, 465, 466, 467, 468, 469, 470, 208 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has thrice been implicated in a similar set of allegations but out of three, he has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 38442 of 2017, which is evident from annexure-2. The petitioner is languishing for the last five months.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47957 of 2017 (4) dt.14-11-2017 the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 268 of 2017.
