This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 342, 323, 302, 364 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to first information report the petitioners and others assaulted to Sita Devi, as a result whereof she died. The reason for the occurrence is that the accused person alleged that Sita Devi had cut the crops from the land of co-accused, Madan Rai. The case diary would reveal that the informant in his further statement as well as other eye witnesses have levelled allegation for assault only against co-accused, Madan Rai. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Vidyapati Nagar P.S. Case No. 107 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dalsingsarai,
