====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-02-2020 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.

The petitioners seek following reliefs :- (i) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order, direction to make correction in wrong Electricity Bills of the petitioners.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order direction to the respondents to accept Electricity Bill amount after correction in the wrongs Bills for higher amount.

(iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order direction to dispose of the applications of the petitioner filed for correction in Electricity Bills prepared in wrong manner for higher

Patna High Court CWJC No.449 of 2019(3) dt.20-02-2020 2/2 amount.

(iv) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order, direction to the respondent is that no coercive step be taken against petitioners till the bills are corrected.

The learned counsel for the respondents company submits that a Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum is in place for redressal of the aforesaid grievances of the petitioners, hence, they should approach the concerned CGRF, Patna. The learned counsel for the petitioners has got no objection.

Accordingly, liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, Patna for redressal of their aforesaid grievances by filing appropriate petition and in case such a petition is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the learned CGRF, Patna shall adjudicate upon the same and pass final orders within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
