No. 27804 of 2021 by which petitioner was allowed anticipatory bail in connection with Bettiah P.S. Case No. 363 of 2020.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in the cause title of the order dated 06.12.2021, the address of the petitioner has wrongly been typed as "Son of Devendra Kumar Jha @ Dulae Jha Village Sathi, P.S. Bettiah, District West Champaran in place of "Son of Devendra Kumar Jha @ Dular Jha, Resident of Village - Dhamaura, P.S. Sathi, District - West Champaran."

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70761 of 2021(2) dt.14-02-2022 2/2 In view of the above submission, in the cause title of the order dated 06.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27804 of 2021, let the address of the petitioner as "Son of Devendra Kumar Jha @ Dulae Jha Village Sathi, P.S. Bettiah, District West Champaran" be corrected to be read as "Son of Devendra Kumar Jha @ Dular Jha, Resident of Village - Dhamaura, P.S. Sathi, District - West Champaran" and also the time to surrender of the above petitioner pending in the concerned court below be further extended by four weeks from today. Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
