The petitioner is named in this case in the confessional statement of co-accused Hosila Sahani and thereafter again his name has surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Sunil Choudhary. Moreover, the petitioner was arrested and was put on T.I. Parade but the informant has not identified the petitioner as culprit of the present case. No doubt the petitioner is involved in nine criminal cases but in the present case except confessional statements of co-accused, there appears nothing against him.

Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1205 of 2016 (2) dt.13-01-2016 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha in connection with Chautarwa (Bhairoganj) P.S.Case No.38 of 2015.
