The challenge in the writ petition is to the part of the advertisement dated 02.06.2014, published in the daily newspapers inviting application for appointment on the post of Head Rasoia and Assistant Rasoia in Kashturba Gandhi Valika Abasia School, Vidya Pati Nagar in the District of Samastipur.

3. Learned counsel for the State submitted that as per the stand taken in the counter affidavit, the said advertisement itself has been cancelled.
