2. The petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2017 in connection with Khudaganj P.S. Case No. 28 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 504, 506, 307, 324 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the backdrop of the land dispute and previous enmity between the parties.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged as well as injury report which discloses incised wound over the left side of the temporal region of the head which appears to support the accusation of assault said to have been made by the petitioner on the head of the informant, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to him at this stage. The bail petition stands dismissed.
