ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 20-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was refused anticipatory bail by the order dated 14.2.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. 43815 of 2013. This is a second application for anticipatory bail which is not maintainable.

It is dismissed as such.

The Petitioner is directed to immediately surrender in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur, Vaishali, in connection with Tisiauta P.S. Case No. 12 of 2013, failing which, the Court below shall take stringent steps for ensuring arrest of the Petitioner.
