The petitioners seek quashing of an order, dated 24.10.2013, issued under the signature of Under Secretary, Govt. of India, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Department of AYUSH, whereby, Govt. Ayurvedic College, Patna has been denied permission to take admission into PG course, in the subjects Dravya Guna (4 seats) and Rasa Sastra (4 seats), for the academic year 2013-14. The petitioners claim to have qualified in PGMAT-2013 for the MD courses.

No relief, as has been sought for in the writ application, has been granted now in the year 2017. This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
