On 20.02.2023, this case was listed before the Hon'ble Bench but again, this case was adjourned and fixed under the same heading on 27.02.2023. And, again on 27.02.2023, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner. By way of last indulgence, this case was fixed on 13.03.2023 under the same heading.

Thereafter, this case has been listed today and again on repeated call, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner. From the earlier progress of this case, it transpires that the
