Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties especially the learned counsel for the University, the present writ petition is allowed in terms of the aforesaid judgment dated 17.07.2018 and the respondent University is directed to treat the father of the petitioner as absorbed employee and, accordingly, grant all the consequential
