The petitioner was granted licence but later the case of the petitioner was referred to the District Selection Committee on some complaint; whereafter it was recommended that the licence of the petitioner be canceled. Following such direction by the District Selection Committee, the licensing authority has canceled the licence of the petitioner.

Should a suitable complaint in that regard be filed

Patna High Court CWJC No.18166 of 2019(3) dt.09-01-2023 2/2 by the petitioner before the concerned Divisional Commissioner within a period of 30 days, the Divisional Commissioner shall look into the matter and after hearing all the stakeholders, shall pass a final order within next 60 days, giving reasons in support of the decision taken by him.

The petition stands disposed off.
