Drawing attention of the Court to the memo of appeal, it has been submitted that the petitioner is the son of 'Late Garbhu Das' whereas in the said order name of the father of the petitioner has been printed as 'Late Babhu Das'. Accordingly, the order dated 17.10.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 50651 of 2017 is modified to the extent that in the cause title of the said order, name of the father of the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50651 of 2017(3) dt.15-11-2017 2/2 shall be read as son of 'Late Garbhu Das' in place of 'Late Babhu Das'.
