JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that petitioner could be remanded in the case after 14 years of institution of the case and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Excise Case No.1 of 2002 stands rejected. However, learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial of the petitioner within four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail before the learned trial court itself.
