The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chausa P.S. Case No. 229/2017 dated 22.07.2017 instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

20 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2017 and he has been made accused in only one case of similar nature, apart from the present case. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional
