JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 17-10-2023 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got some more criminal antecedents. In paragraph '3' of the application, he has declared only three criminal antecedents whereas he has got five criminal antecedents.

2. In the aforesaid view of the matter, this Court would not entertain this application. Since learned counsel for the petitioner has disclosed himself about some more cases, this Court is not imposing cost and is not taking further action.

3. Petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh application after declaring his complete criminal antecedents.

4. This application is disposed of.
