The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 172 of 2017 dated 25.05.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 342, 379, 386, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Taking into account the accusation levelled against the petitioner and the period of custody, which is from 25.05.2017, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. While saying so, this Court has taken into account that chargesheet in this case has already been submitted. One of the co-accused of this case, though of course with lesser allegation has been granted anticipatory bail. The petitioner, above named is directed to be

No.52779 of 2017 (3) dt.24-11-2017 2/2 released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 172 of 2017.
