ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 30-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody since 26.07.2019 in connection with Kartaha P.S. Case No. 80 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the alleged recoveries were not made from their conscious possession but from the other co-accused Vir Chandra Paswan. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
