Learned Counsel for the petitioners is not challenging the impugned order, however, he submits that the suit is of the year 1992 and the evidence of all the parties have been closed. Accordingly, the submission is that since the suit is pending for 30 years, learned Munsif, Manjhaul, Begusarai, may be directed to dispose Title Suit No. 91 of 1992 within a reasonable time frame.

Taking into consideration the fact that the suit is pending for the last 30 years, learned Munsif, Manjhaul, Begusarai, is directed to dispose the suit expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt /production of a copy of this order.

It is made clear that the learned Trial Court shall not grant any unnecessary adjournment to either parties. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid
