Petitioner is said to have possessed one bottle of countrymade wine containing 375 ml and for that, petitioner happens to be under custody since 22.10.2016, having no criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner, Sadanand Sardar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Kumarkhand P. S. Case no.183 of 2016.
