The petitioner, apprehending her arrest in connection with Barahara (Krishnagarh) P. S. Case No. 320 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code, is one of the named accused in this case being mother-in-law of the deceased sister of the informant, who died around nine years of her marriage under unnatural circumstances.

Submission is of false implication and further similarly situated other accused persons, namely, Birendra Sah, Aarti Devi, Sanjay Kumar, Gyanti Devi and Jitendra Kumar Sah @ Jitendra Sah have been allowed bail and the petitioner carries no criminal

In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest or surrender within one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara in connection with Barahara (Krishnagarh) P.S. Case No. 320/2013 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
