Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that in the third paragraph of the order dated 21.11.2017, it has wrongly been typed that "Prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court with observation that he may renew his prayer for bail after submission of the charge sheet". As such so far para 3 is concerned, the same is deleted and there is already direction in order dated 21.11.2017 that the petitioner may move before the learned Sessions Judge, Saran at Chapra, as the charge sheet has been submitted in this case and the learned court below will consider the prayer for bail of the petitioner in view of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52976 of 2017 (3) dt.06-12-2017 2/2 observation and will dispose of the same by a speaking order. The order dated 21.11.2017 is modified to the extent as aforesaid.
