2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 06.11.2012 passed in CWJC No. 20510 of 2012 requiring the authorities to consider the petitioner's case and

Patna High Court MJC No.489 of 2016 dt.06-02-2017 taking decision at their end.

3. Learned counsel for the OP Nos. 1 to 5 submits on the basis of show cause filed that the Panchayat Secretary, Karbashun Block, Agiwaon has informed the District Magistrate that for payment of salary of the teachers including the petitioners, cheque no. 10452 dated 03.07.2015 for Rs. 12,96,000/- has been issued. It is further stated that the operation of the account of Panchayat Employment Unit has been stayed by the Block Development Officer.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has no further instructions from his client.

5. In the above view of the matter, the contempt petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to raise their grievances if any, by taking steps before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
