The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sahar P.S. Case No.89 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 353 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have surrendered in the court below. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application. Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn.
