JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 10-02-2016 Although in substance the petitioners pray to extend the date of surrender granted by this Court while allowing anticipatory bail to the petitioners vide order passed in Cr.Misc.No.272 of 2014 but mistakenly a second anticipatory bail petition is filed. It is the case of the petitioners that following the grant of anticipatory bail by this Court, final form was submitted by the police showing the petitioners not set up and thus going by the legal advice tendered they did not choose to surrender nor furnished bail bonds for obtaining the privilege of bail. It is stated that subsequently, the court below has not accepted the final form rather has proceeded to take cognizance and hence the necessity of the present application.

No.1876 of 2016 (3) dt.10-02-2016 2/2 The petitioners instead of seeking of extension of the period of surrender have filed a second bail application which apparently is not maintainable and is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file a proper duly constituted application seeking proper remedy from this Court.

This application is disposed of.
