Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Husband of the deceased has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court on 12.07.2017 in Cr.Misc.No.27673 of 2017 vide Annexure-5. The petitioner is Gotani of the deceased.

Since the case of the petitioner is on better to that of her husband who has already been allowed bail by this Court, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50965 of 2017 (3) dt.02-01-2018 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Deoriya Police Station Case No.34 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
