2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State informs that the advertisement relates to selection of Anganbari Sevika under Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) scheme. He further submits that the petitioner don't have any locus once her case was rejected considering her eligibility criteria having not been fulfilled by her. The another candidate
Patna High Court CWJC No.19231 of 2012(4) dt.20-06-2024 2/2 namely Vandana Devi was appointed.
3. Considering the aforesaid information and statement made in the counter affidavit, I don't find any merit in the present writ petition. The writ petition, accordingly, stands dismissed.
