The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 75/2021 dated 18.02.2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Pupri, Sitamarhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after investigation the police has filed final form against the petitioner.

Considering this fact, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable.
