Nobody appears on behalf of the sole opposite party in spite of notice having been validly served. This petition is filed for transfer of Title Suit (Matrimonial) No.58 of 2016 from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Purnea to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Kishanganj.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that after solemnization of marriage of petitioner no.1 with opposite party on 13.03.2012, the opposite party subjected her to all sorts of physical and mental torture and petitioner no.1 was driven out from the house. Title Suit (Matrimonial) No.58 of 2016 is ordered to be transferred from the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Purnea to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Kishanganj within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
