ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 28-09-2015 The Petitioner, who is the Complainant, seeks revision of the order dated 15.3.2014, by which the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Bhagalpur in connection with Complaint case No.2399 of 2010 refused to frame charges under Section 436 I.P.C. On going through the impugned order, I find that it was for good reason that such a prayer was refused and hence the application stands dismissed.
