JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. 1. That this application is being filed on behalf of the petitioner for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, direction/directions, order/orders, to the respondent Block Development Officer, Bhore Block for making payment of due amount of benefit of 1st ACP with effect from 09.08.1999 and IInd MACP with effect from 01.09.2016, which has already been sanctioned vide memo No. 348 dated 15.05.2020 issued by the respondent

4,56,750/- as per last pay scale of Rs.

43,500/- in place of last pay scale of Rs. 52,000/- as revised and fixed by the office of the Principal Accountant General (A & E) Bihar Patna vide letter No. 259 dated 26.02.2021.The petitioner further prays for making payment of aforesaid due amount which comes around Rs. 5,67,452/ in account of Ist ACP & IInd MACP and Rs.

99,650/- in account of earned leave along with interest."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Collector, Gopalganj i.e. the respondent no. 4, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Collector, Gopalganj i.e. the respondent no. 4, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with

Patna High Court CWJC No.16932 of 2022(2) dt.05-04-2024 3/3 law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter and in case any outstanding dues are found payable, the same shall be paid within the same time frame. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
