The petitioner prays for appropriate direction to the authorities of the Bihar Sanskrit Siksha Board i.e respondent Nos. 3 to 5 for payment of his emoluments which according to the petitioner is due since June, 2011 to 14.11.2011. A representation to such effect is enclosed at Annexures 7 and 7/1 to the counter affidavit which is addressed to the Chairman.

Having considered the pleadings on record and the submission of learned counsel for the parties, I deem it proper to direct the Chairman, Bihar Sanskrit Siksha Board, the respondent No. 4 to consider the grievance of the petitioner and dispose of the same by

Patna High Court CWJC No.552 of 2016 dt.03-04-2018 2/2 speaking order to be passed within 3 months of receipt/production of a copy of the order.
