2. The petitioner is working as Village Level Worker (V.L.W.). It is his grievance that 1st Assured Career Progression and 2nd Assured Career Progression have been granted to him in June, 2016, but consequential pecuniary benefits in terms of arrears of salary arising out of revision in the pay-scale has not been given to him so far. It is also his claim that he is entitled to 3rd

Patna High Court CWJC No.19573 of 2019 dt.06-11-2019 2/2 Assured Career Progression also. The petitioner is presently posted in Arwal Block of Arwal District.

3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Arwal, to ensure that the arrears of salary arising out of grant of Assured Career Progression, as claimed by the petitioner, is paid to him, if he is found entitled to, within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The District Magistrate is further directed to ensure consideration of the petitioner's case for grant of 3rd Assured Career Progression, if he is found entitled it, in accordance with law.
