That, this is an application for invoking the inherent Jurisdiction of this Hon'ble High Court for order, order direction for compensation amount for the accidental death occurred by the North Central Railway India of Late Mohammad Umar Ansarai."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for
