2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 324, 307, 354, 504 and 34 f the IPC .

3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that on 17.02.2023 at about 3 pm, all the F.I.R., named accused persons including this petitioner started abusing the wife of informant and on the order of accused Nandu Sahani, all the accused persons tried to disrobe the wife of informant . It is further alleged that this petitioner ( Sonu Kumar @ Sonu Sahani ) gave garasi blow on the head of wife the informant and doctor has found the injury grievous in nature .
