Mr. Sunil Kumar Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-02-2018 My attention has been drawn to the order, dated 06.12.2017, wherein there is a direction to the University to refund the entire amount taken from the petitioner for the purpose of considering the case for issuance of No Objection Certificate.
It is stated on behalf of the petitioner that no amount was deposited by the petitioner with the University for the purpose of consideration for issuance of No Objection Certificate. He submits that rather National Council for Teacher Education should have been directed to return the amount paid for the purpose of grant of recognition.
I do not find any need for modification of the order since
Patna High Court CWJC No.20190 of 2016(3) dt.20-02-2018 2/2 the order was passed under the impression that the petitioner had submitted some amount for the purpose of grant of No Objection Certificate, which the University was not inclined to consider.
No further order need be passed.
