Mr.Subash Chandra Yadav- GP15 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Following are the reliefs, sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application:
"(i) For issuance of rule in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to grant ex-gratia payment and compensation for loss of life and complete destruction of house of the petitioner caused due to blast of LPG Gas Cylinder in the rented premises of house of the petitioner.
(ii) To command the authority of Indian Oil Corporation to pay the insured amount payable due to casualty caused by Gas Cylinder's explosion.
(iii) To direct the authority of Seema
Patna High Court CWJC No.1132 of 2019(2) dt.15-01-2019 2/2 Suraksha Bal (SSB), to provide job to the son of the petitioner due to pecuniary loss to the family of the petitioner caused due to defect or negligent or carelessness of member of Seema Suraksha Bal (SSB).
The petitioner is merely aggrieved as because in spite of request/proposal, made by the District Collector vide Annexure-2 series to the present application, no compensation amount has been paid.
The petitioner is directed to file a detail representation before the Secretary, Disaster Management, Secretariat, Patna (respondent No. 3) for redressal of her grievance within a period of 30 days from today. The respondent No. 3 shall examine the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation. The petitioner is at liberty to make representation before any other competent authority, if so advised.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
