JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 05-08-2016 The present application has been filed for quashing of First Information Report of Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 87 of 2013 registered with the accusation under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is of running the nonbanking institution and misappropriated the money of the public. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner resigned from Amrit Projects (N.E.) Ltd. much prior to the lodging of the present case. Moreover, petitioner was not working in the finance branch of the said company rather he was working in the construction branch of the company.

No.8237 of 2016 (02) dt.05-08-2016 2/2 Considering the fact that the FIR was registered in 2013 and there is nothing on the record to suggest that the petitioner has any apprehension. Hence, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the investigation at this stage. It is expected from the investigating agency to conclude the investigation expeditiously.
Accordingly, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the contentions on submission of the final report under Section 173(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) DKS/- U T
