This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Navgachia P.S. Case No. 123 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 498-A, 304-B, 201, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has produced before me an order dated 29.02.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 9280 of 2020, by which similarly situated co-accused person namely, Sushila Devi @ Bhama Devi, has been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

For the reasons recorded in the order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.377 of 2022(2) dt.04-02-2022 2/2 29.02.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 9280 of 2020, this bail application is also allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Navgachia, District- Bhagalpur, in connection with Navgachia P.S.
