The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No.341(c) of 2018, for the offences allegedly committed by the petitioners under Sections 498A, 404 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the complainant but the complainant also made the petitioners accused alleging that the petitioners snatched her belongings and bent upon to remarry his son.

No.57003 of 2019(2) dt.13-09-2019 2/2 Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the complainant, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Sheikhpura in connection with Complaint Case No.341(c) of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
