JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-04-2026 The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 1.11.2023, passed in CWJC No. 5463 of 2023, the petitioner has been granted benefit of 3rd MACP Scheme with effect from 9.3.2017 and thereafter, consequential benefits to the tune of Rs. 91,187/- has already been paid to the petitioner.

This Court finds that neither there is any representation on behalf of the petitioner nor any rejoinder affidavit has been filed to contradict the aforesaid stand taken by the opposite parties. Hence, this Court finds that the order of this Court dated 1.11.2023, passed in CWJC No. 5463 of 2023 has stood complied with.
