Petitioner seeks bail in Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 121 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 413, 414, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he had purchased stolen motorcycle from one Sunil Paswan. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that similarly placed accused namely Hashmat Miyan @ Hasmat Miyan has been granted bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 19.08.2017 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 39506 of 2017. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 14.06.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49068 of 2017(2) dt.18-10-2017 2/2 of the case, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 121 of 2017.
