2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109(1), 352, 351(1) & 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per F.I.R., on 09.05.2025 at about 4 PM, coaccused Guddu Kumar and these petitioners arrived at the shop of brother of informant and started abusing him. It is further alleged that co-accused Guddu Kumar, who was having iron rod in one hand and pistol in another hand, pulled out brother of informant from the shop and assaulted him with iron rod, on account of which, hand of brother of informant got fractured. It is further alleged when brother of informant fell down, these two petitioners assaulted him with lathi.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the scuffle took place between co-accused Guddu Kumar and brother of informant. Petitioner no. 1 is brother and petitioner no.2 is father of co-accused Guddu Kumar. As per injury report, the injuries, allegedly caused by these petitioners, are simple in nature.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the nature of injury, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda, Biharshrif in connection with Sarmera P.S. Case No. 109 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S., 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
